Learning and Teaching Approach at SGS

The Teaching Approach at SGS is Student-Centered (SC), meaning that students are the subjects or actors of the learning action itself. Thus, each learning session will be allocated proportionally: From a total of 45 minutes duration of each learning session, a maximum of 10 minutes will be used by the teacher to explain the lessons. The rest will be used by students completing a series of challenging and relevant tasks provided by the teacher. In other words, the teacher will encourage the process of independent learning and will play a role as a motivator and learning facilitator rather than being just “a spoon feeder."
